En 2 ans, les directions successives de l’UES Smart ont mis en place 7 organisations du travail différentes :

  • Le plan Corona
  • La mobilisation Pôle Emploi
  • Le transfert de la production de spectacles à Illusion & Macadam
  • Le plan stratégique 2021 et ses 26 projets transversaux
  • La démission de la DG et la désorganisation qui s’est ensuivie
  • La phase d’élaboration et de négociation du PSE
  • Et maintenant Le redressement judiciaire.

Aucune d’entre elles n’était accompagnée d’un plan de prévention santé.

Toutes, ont été mises en œuvre en promettant un meilleur service aux membres et en mentant sur la réalité organisationnelle interne, plaçant les coopérateurs dans des postures de clients impuissants, et laissant assumer aux salarié-es permanents des situations de tension incroyables.

Sur l’ensemble de ces stratégies, le CSE a été entravé dans son fonctionnement, et pourtant diabolisé, pointé comme étant responsable des situations de souffrance qu’il était le seul à chercher à analysait.

 

Le résultat, nous l’avons sous les yeux.

  • Entre 15 et 20% d’arrêts maladie pour surmenage dans des entreprises où la moyenne d’âge ne dépasse pas les 40 ans.
  • Un service dégradé pour des entrepreneurs qui ne savent plus comment se projeter sur leurs activités.

 

Et pour conclure, nos directions ont choisi de placer SMartFR en redressement judiciaire pour s’assurer de ne pas avoir à payer leur plan de licenciement au niveau exigé par le code du travail. Recréant une situation opérationnelle chaotique et non-anticipée sur SMartFR et GE dont le résultat sera simple :

  1. Une moitié des effectifs permanents mise à la porte comme des malpropres, avec des indemnités dérisoires.
  2. L’autre moitié reste prise au piège et va assumer la charge restante qui va lui être reportée dessus.
  3. Les entrepreneurs auront le service qu’ils auront, sans avoir de visibilité sur ce qu’il se passe…

C’EST INTOLÉRABLE

Pour notre syndicat, face à une déstructuration complète de notre organisation du travail et une mise en danger avérée des salarié-es, la priorité doit être leur santé et leur sécurité.
 

Nous demandons au groupe Smart

  1. D’assumer un plan de départ volontaire sur SmartFR et GE comprenant des conditions de travail garantes de la santé des salarié-es, et des conditions de départ à la hauteur du préjudice infligé.
  2. De garantir la trésorerie des entrepreneurs salariés dans les structures françaises.

 

Le syndicat CGT Smart Coop appelle l’ensemble du personnel permanent à donner du poids à ces revendications en se mettant en grève reconductible sur les négociations.

Nous appelons celles et ceux qui soutiennent ce mouvement à nous donner les moyens de le poursuivre efficacement en nous soutenant sur notre caisse de solidarité.
